Policies & Returns

RETURNS

Our number one goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. At The Palm Tree Boutique, we are here to serve you. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do whatever we can to try and make it better.

- All returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us
- Include your original receipt
- Items must remain un-washed, un-worn, with the tags still attached
- Refunds will only be issued in the form of an online store credit
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it
- You may not return or exchange: SALE/CLEARANCE items, NIKIBIKI APPAREL, SHOES, JEWELRY, or gift certificates.

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you a store credit, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your store credit to purchase that item.

IN STORE EXCHANGE

In-store exchanges with online purchases are allowed at our Denton and Grapevine locations for direct exchange or online store credit only.

Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
