Policies & Returns

SHIPPING

  • Orders under $100 will be charged a non-refundable $7 flat rate shipping fee.
  • Orders $100 and up will automatically receive free shipping.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or missing during the transit process.

RETURNS

Eligible items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached.  

  • Eligible items must be postmarked and shipped within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

ONLINE CREDIT

Online credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card and will never expire. Once processed, it will be sent to the email address that is associated with your order / online account. We do not issue refunds back to the original form of payment. Only online credit will be issued for eligible returns.

    EXCHANGES

    Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, you will be issued an online credit for your return, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your online credit to purchase that item.

    DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    Our team inspects all items for damages and defective areas prior to shipping, but things happen! If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation!

    • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the item. 
    • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your defective item.
    • Email customerservice@palmtreeboutique.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please also include your name and order number.
