Policies & Returns

Our number one goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. At The Palm Tree Boutique, we are here to serve you. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do whatever we can to try and make it better.


- All orders have a $7 flat rate shipping fee. 
- All orders are given a tracking number for shoppers to track their packages delivery date.
- 2-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time. 
- 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 
- All online orders are processed each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  


Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase but we also know that sometimes things don't always work out. Here's what you need to know if that's the case. 

All items must me shipped to The Palm Tree Boutique in Denton, TX. They must be shipped within 14 business days of being delivered. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Ship the item back to our address:

Online credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card and will never expire. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free. 



Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you an online store credit, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your store credit to purchase that item.


    Damaged/Defective Items:

    We check all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!

    • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
    • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
    • Please contact us immediately at and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.
