It's such an adorable boutique with a variety of clothing. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They were very attentive and helped me find a couple of outfits that I absolutely love. I have gotten tons of compliments on the clothes that I purchased here. I will definitely be back.
I recently heard about the new opening on McKinney. I loved the store’s vibes and also love the friendly staff they had working. I picked out some cute outfits. One of the employees started a room for me. Everyone was so helpful and smiling faces. I walked out with a cute soft black dress. It will definitely be a staple dress in my closet. So if you’re in the area of McKinney definitely check the store out. You won’t be disappointed.

Just left the palm tree and bought a top from there. The front girl was so rude! She was Unwelcoming and continued to have a side conversation with a coworker while I stood at the front desk ready to check out. I didn’t even get a “thank you for coming in”

Had a pricing issue but the store fixed it which means more in my book. Overall, great shop. Jewelry hold up and is high quality at a reasonable price, plus my wife buys a new dress here every year on her birthday.
My husband bought me a sweater there for Christmas. I brought it back 3 days past the return policy and was not even allowed a store credit to exchange it.

From boots and shoes, to dressy and casual clothing, accessories and jewelry, the quality is outstanding and is right in with current fashion trends, without being over-priced.

The staff here are not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable and helpful about helping me to find the right items for me. They always take the time to assist me in finding exactly what i’m looking for. I will definitely keep shopping here and recommending this boutique to all my friends!
Tonight December 4, I had a disapponting experience at this store. The customer service was far from welcoming. The staff seemed to assume the worst of me, giving me judgmental looks and acting as if I might steal something, which was both offensive and unnecessary. Additionally, their behavior felt discriminatory, making me feel very uncomfortable throughout my visit.
Good customer service should make all customers feel valued and respected, regardless of who the are. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I hope management takes action to address these issues, as no one should have to deal with such treatment.
Bought my girlfriend some birthday gifts from here last week. The staff was super friendly and helped me pick out few items. She loved the gifts! I’ll definitely shop here again in the future.
Terrible customer service and not the friendliest older ladies working there. On Friday 11/ 29, about 4pm, the old lady that was “greeting” at the door did not have a happy look on her face. She did not greet me or make me feel welcomed, she just looked at me up and down without saying a word. To add - I was the only young girl who walked in at the time so maybe I looked like I wasn’t going to spend money? Or maybe it was what I was wearing? Who knows. The old lady that was at the register was also not friendly what so over and wasn’t welcoming either. 2 very stuck up ladies and not a good look for Grapevine.
I had the best experience at The Palm Tree Boutique today! I went in looking for a semi formal dress for an event and found that and more. The customer service was incredible! I have never experienced customer service this amazing! It is such a beautiful place with good quality clothing for any event. The people that work there are so kind hearted and helpful. I give this place a 10 out of 10! ❤️🫶🏼
