Please put the Initials, Text or Traditional Monogram you would like in the NOTES section at checkout. If selecting Text, please include if you would like Upper Case or Lower Case letters.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The Pearl Keychain can only accommodate ONE letter
- Airport Chico & Clear Grande look best with Gold or Silver Foil
- Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Orders under $100 will be charged a non-refundable $7 flat rate shipping fee.
- Orders $100 and up will automatically receive free shipping.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Returns
- Eligible items must be postmarked and shipped within 14 days of delivery.
- Online credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card and will never expire.
